These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of keyrockventures.com (the "Site"), operated by Keyrock Ventures, LLC ("Keyrock Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site describes marketing and automation services offered by Keyrock Ventures, LLC. Descriptions on the Site are for general information and are not an offer or a contract. Services are provided only under a separate written agreement between you and Keyrock Ventures, LLC. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed services agreement, the services agreement controls.
Communications and text messaging
By submitting a form on the Site and checking the applicable consent boxes, you agree to receive communications from Keyrock Ventures, LLC.
If you consent to text messages, you may receive marketing and informational messages at the number you provide, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. If you opt out, you can rejoin at any time by replying START to the same number or by submitting a form on the Site again.
You represent that any phone number you submit belongs to you and that you are authorized to receive messages at that number. You agree to notify us if the number is reassigned or is no longer yours.

Appointments
Appointments requested through the Site or scheduled with us are subject to availability and confirmation. We may reschedule or cancel an appointment where necessary and will make reasonable efforts to give notice.
Intellectual property
The Site and its contents, including text, graphics, logos, and the Keyrock Ventures name and marks, are owned by Keyrock Ventures, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written permission, except that you may view and print pages for your own non-commercial reference.

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your dealings with them are solely between you and them.

Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEYROCK VENTURES, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keyrock Ventures, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
